Expression Australia will be hosting two online Deaf youth led ‘Empowering Tasmanian Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth’ workshops via Zoom. The workshops are open to Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deafblind young people from Tasmania. The workshops are a safe and supportive space for Tasmanian Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth to connect, meet new people, explore their Deaf identity, learn new skills, share their ideas and meet others with lived experience growing up Deaf or Hard of Hearing. All identities and communication methods are welcome, with workshops Auslan interpreted and captioned.
