This one-day event brings together youth sector workers, managers, CEOs and sector supporters for a day of inspiration, collaboration and wellbeing.

Our program already includes some fantastic thinkers and speakers.

Rebecca (Bec) Scott, OAM

Bec is Co-founder and CEO of STREAT, a Melbourne-based social enterprise working with young people to provide them with a healthy self, job and home. She is recognised nationally as a leading social innovator and will share some of STREAT’s recent work collaborating with others to build networks, precincts, aggregators, Communities of Practice and incubators.

Dr Amy Imms, medical doctor, author, speaker, and burnout counsellor

Amy will share a framework to address the three phases of responding to burnout: achievable prevention, timely detection, and effective management. Delegates will come away with an understanding of workplace and individual factors that lead to burnout, and practical strategies you can use to address key management areas including stress, compassion fatigue, and moral injury. Find out more about Amy and The Burnout Project here.

Isabelle Crompton, Interim Commissioner for Children and Young People

... and more to come!

Our MC

Katy Cooper, Chief Futurist and Co-CEO of DISCO, will host the day's events.
