Glen is the Chair of YNOT and joined the board in 2018.

Glen is the General Manager, Youth and Community Services at The BUSY Group. BUSY Youth and Community Services offer comprehensive support aimed at breaking down barriers to education and employment, so every young person has the opportunity to thrive.

Prior to this he was the CEO of Mental Health Family & Friends Tasmania, a statewide leader in the provision of mental health & AOD misuse families & friends support. Glen was also previously a member of the executive team at Colony 47 and is the Manager of the Youth Solutions Division, supporting programs in the areas of youth employment, family relationships and reunification and youth housing and homelessness.

Glen is a member of the Tasmanian Leaders Alumni after completing the program in 2014.
