What are Healthy Mind Habits?
Healthy habits can positively impact the mental health and wellbeing of young people. Positive coping strategies can upskill young people to support their own mental health and wellbeing, and empower them to seek help when they need it. Mental health awareness also helps young people to spot warning signs in themselves and others.
The SYC Healthy Mind Habits series was designed by and for young people. Young Tasmanians identified the 12 topics they thought were important for their mental health and wellbeing, and shared strategies they wanted to see other young people try.
The Healthy Mind Habits series are full of information and strategies to support positive mental health and help manage day to day stressors.
If you are looking for more support with your mental health and wellbeing, you can also speak to a trusted adult, doctor, or use the SYC Healthy Mind Habits Service and Support list to find a youth service near you.
