Drug and Alcohol First Aid

This one-day workshop will give you the knowledge and skills to recognise and respond to alcohol and drug issues. Find out about emerging drugs and their impacts.
Who should attend?
This workshop is suitable for people working (or volunteering) for primary health practices, community services sector, including Corrections, mental health, young people, homelessness, or people who are new to the AOD sector.
About the Facilitators
Lives Lived Well clinicians have developed the first Drug & Alcohol First Aid (DAFA) Workshop and have delivered several workshops in QLD and NSW.
Clare Thompson is an extensively qualified and experienced Alcohol and Other Drug and Mental Health treatment clinician, employed by Lives Lived Well, who is eager to share their knowledge and expertise with you.
